December 9, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 040-94 SUBJECT : Southern Philippines Development Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for subsidy availment of the Southern Philippines Development Authority in the amount of P373,514 . 00 only , representing customs duties and taxes for the importation of one (1) unit of Mitsubishi Pajero 1990 model acquired through a donation from the Asian Development Bank in connection with the Mindanao Small holder Development Project. aisadc (SGD.)
