May 24, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 040-85 SUBJECT : Confederation of Philippine Exporters BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the travel tax exemption granted to Filipino exporters under Section 2(1) of PD 1205, as amended, and withdrawn by P.D. 1955, remain revoked as of October 15, 1984. cdt (SGD.)
