December 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 039-97 WHEREAS, Assistant Commissioner Alicia L. Tomacruz of the Bureau of Internal Revenue has shared her time, efforts, resources, experience, competence and expertise generously and unsparingly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, as Member thereof from September 12, 1994 to December 5, 1997; WHEREAS, the work of the FIRB has been greatly facilitated and enriched due to the active participation and incisive fiscal acumen of Assistant Commissioner Alicia L. Tomacruz; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Fiscal Incentives Review Board confer this Resolution of Appreciation and Plaque of Commendation as a token of gratitude to Assistant Commissioner Alicia L.
