December 9, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 039-94 SUBJECT : Development Academy of the Philippines (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Development Academy of the Philippines in the amount of P593,651 . 00 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of various technical equipment and instructive goods acquired through a donation from the Government of Japan in connection with the DAP Productivity Program: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for subsidy availment of the Development Academy of the Philippines representing customs duties and taxes for the importation of one (1) unit of Nissan Urvan acquired through a similar donation.
