December 9, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 039-93 SUBJECT : Home Development Mutual Fund (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Home Development Mutual Fund in the amount of P208,607,267 . 00 only, representing its income tax liability for the year 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
