September 14, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 039-92 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc . (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. in the amount of P13,033,467 . 00 only, representing the duties due on its importations of feeders and breeders, relative to its contract growing and breeding and genetics programs: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1992 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , That such availment shall be deemed automatically withdrawn on the date when the privatization of subject beneficiary becomes effective.
