December 6, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 038-96 SUBJECT : National Kidney and Transplant Institute (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for tax subsidy of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute in the amount of P389,000 . 00 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of various medical equipment for the year 1996: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1996 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
