December 9, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 038-93 SUBJECT : Lung Center of the Philippines (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Lung Center of the Philippines in the amount of P746,006 . 07 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its: importations of medical equipment in 1992, in the amount of P469,032 . 00 only: and importations of medical equipment in 1993, in the amount of P276,974.07, for use in its operations as a specialized government hospital: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. aisadc (SGD.)
