December 6, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-96 SUBJECT : Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application of the Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation for reconsideration of FIRB Resolution No. 16-96 (denying the application of the QUEDANCOR for tax subsidy in the amount of P1,203,609 . 00 only , covering the taxes and duties on the importation of fifteen (15) units of used/second hand Nissan Advan Station Wagon acquired through a donation from the Miyakawa Enterprises, Inc. of Japan).
