October 13, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-95 SUBJECT : National Kidney Institute (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0178 previously issued in favor of the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 10-95 (Renewing the balance of the subsidy availment previously granted to the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 32-94 in the amount of P12,553,545 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of various medical equipment and supplies for the year 1994) from June 30, 1995 to December 15, 1995. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the National Kidney Institute in the amount of P3,762,230.64 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of various medical equipment and supplies for the year 1995, in line with the Department of Health's special projects: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1995 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
