December 9, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-94 SUBJECT : Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (4) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for additional subsidy availment of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, in the amount of P4,040,737 . 00 only , representing its premium tax liability for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 1994: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. Provided, further , That the subject beneficiary shall make initiatives to improve on its financial performance and premium-generating capacity in order to enable it to assume the full burden of its prospective premium tax liability out of its own resources. cdt (SGD.)
