December 9, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-93 SUBJECT : National Kidney Institute (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the National Kidney Institute in the amount of P3,300,000 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of medical equipment consisting of 25 units of Hemodialysis Machine and 16 units of Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment, in 1993, pursuant to a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
