September 14, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-92 SUBJECT : Development Academy Of The Philippines (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Development Academy of the Philippines in the amount of P986,334 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on the donations made thereto by the Japan International Cooperation Agency, in connection with its Productivity Development Program for the Philippines: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1992 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
