December 18, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P32,113,821 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of materials, laboratory equipment and field vehicles required to complete its project, "Improvement of the Central Experiment Station of the Philippine Rice Research Institute", under a grant from the Government of Japan: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , That for purposes of the said subsidy availment, the term field vehicles shall include only cargo trucks and microbuses and shall not in any way include pick trucks. aisadc (SGD.)
