July 6, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 037-90 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0034 issued in favor of Philippine Heart Center pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 23-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P19,039,110.00 only representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the year 1990) from July 31, 1990 to November 30, 1990.
