December 6, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 036-96 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application of the Philippine Rice Research Institute for the reconsideration of FIRB Resolution No. 14-96 (denying the application of the PhilRice for tax subsidy in the amount of P1,785,000 . 00 only , covering the taxes and duties on the importation of fifteen (15) units of used/second hand Nissan Advan Station Wagon acquired through a donation from the Miyakawa Enterprises, Inc. of Japan).
