October 13, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 036-95 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks And Sewerage System (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0174 previously issued in favor of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 6-95 (Renewal of the balance of the subsidy availment previously granted to the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amount of P22 . 74 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations for 1992 in connection with its various water supply rehabilitation and/or optimization projects), from June 30, 1995 to December 15, 1995. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the request of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System for tax subsidy in the amount of P92.30 million only, representing taxes and duties due on its 1995 importations of machineries and equipment in connection with its various water supply rehabilitation and/or optimization projects.
