August 7, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 036-92 WHEREAS, Assistant Commissioner Imelda L. Reyes of the Bureau of Internal Revenue has shared her time, efforts, resources, experience and expertise generously and unlimitedly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, as resource person thereto from the time of its inception in 1975 up to the present; as Head of the FIRB Secretariat from 1985 up to 1986; and as BIR representative to the FIRB Technical Committee from 1987 up to the present; WHEREAS, the work of the FIRB has been greatly facilitated and enhanced due to the active participation, dynamic initiatives, profound and incisive fiscal acumen, and extensive legal expertise of Assistant Commissioner Imelda L. Reyes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Fiscal Incentives Review Board confer this Resolution of Appreciation as a token of gratitude to Assistant Commissioner Imelda L.
