May 17, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 036-85 SUBJECT : Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges of PADC and its subsidiaries, Philippine Helicopter Services Inc. (PHSI) and Philippine Resources Helicopter Inc. (PRHI) under PD 286, as amended, and withdrawn by PD1931 remain revoked except the following which are restored effective June 11, 1984: (1) tax and duty exemption privileges in connection with contracts with the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and (2) tax and duty exemption privileges with respect to importations of machineries, equipment, devices, goods and spare parts pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 28-85. aisadc (SGD.)
