July 6, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 035-90 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amount of P30.500 million, representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the second quarter of the year 1990 in connection with the following projects: (1) Metro Manila Water Distribution Project; (2) Manila Water Supply Rehabilitation Project I and II; and (3) Angat Water Supply Optimization Project: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1990 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. aisadc (SGD.)
