December 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 034-97 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for tax subsidy of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P7,927,860.00 only, representing taxes and duties on its importations of hospital equipment for 1996 and 1997 amounting to P1,089,967.00 and P6,837,893.00, respectively: Provided, That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 13 of the 1997 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
