November 22, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 034-94 SUBJECT Philippine Heart Center (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P15,606,859 . 00 only , to cover taxes and duties due on its importations of hospital supplies, materials and equipment for the year 1994: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriation Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
