November 22, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 033-94 SUBJECT : Lung Center of the Philippines (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Lung Center of the Philippines in the amount of P3,772,038 . 15 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of various essential medical equipment as well as specialized computer units and softwares appurtenant thereto, for the year 1994: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
