November 5, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 033-93 SUBJECT : Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for tax subsidy, in the amount of P3 . 57 million only, of the Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation, representing the documentary stamp taxes due on the certificate of stocks and promissory notes to be issued by it during the year 1993.
