July 6, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 033-90 SUBJECT : Applicants for Subsidy Availment BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 29-90 to read as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That pursuant to Rule III of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93, there are hereby added to the requirements for subsidy availment applications the following: 1. Opinion of the Government Corporate Monitoring and Coordinating Committee, in case of applicants monitored by such Committee; and cdt 2.
