May 3, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 033-85 SUBJECT : Central Bank of the Philippines BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That: 1. Effective June 11, 1984, the tax exemption privileges enjoyed by the Central Bank of the Philippines under Sec. 130 of R.A. No. 265, as amended, are restored, provided they are directly related to the conduct of the monetary, banking and credit functions of the Bank. cd 2. With respect to its exemption from customs duties, consular fees and all other taxes, charges and assessments related to importation under Sec. 131 of its Charter, the same is likewise restored on the same date, provided that such importations involve notes, coins, gold and other metals as well as all equipment needed for furnishing, equipping and operating the offices of the Bank.
