December 6, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 032-96 SUBJECT : Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation in the amount of P9,289,400 . 00 only , representing its premium tax obligation for the year 1996: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1996 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
