November 22, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 032-94 SUBJECT : National Kidney Institute (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the National Kidney Institute in the amount of P12,553,545 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of various medical equipment and supplies for the year 1994: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
