December 9, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 032-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc . (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0064 issued in favor of Philippine Genetics, Inc., pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 22-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. in the amount of P2,831,642 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties, as well as the additional import levy due on its importations of live cattle feeder steers and breeders including semen of such animals, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Australian Sector Input Program) from November 30, 1991 to December 31, 1991.
