April 26, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 032-85 SUBJECT : Filipino Rice and Corn Producers BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That FIRB Resolution No. 2-85 with reference to the Confederation of Filipino Rice and Corn Associations, Inc., be amended as follows: "Effective October 15, 1984, the exemption of Filipino rice and corn producers from the payment of increased fixed taxes on their gross sales under Sec. 192 (3) (nn) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, pursuant to LOI 1369, is hereby restored until December 31, 1985" (SGD.)
