July 6, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 031-95 SUBJECT : Export Processing Zone Authority (3) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0175 and 0176 previously granted in favor of the Export Processing Zone Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution Nos. 7-95 and 8-95 (Renewing the subsidy availment previously granted to the Export Processing Zone Authority in the amount of P0 . 36 million only ; and P12 . 76 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of materials and equipment in connection with the on-going implementation of the Cavite Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) Development Project under the 17th OECF Yen Loan Package), from June 30, 1995 to December 15, 1995. aisadc (SGD.)
