November 29, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 031-91 SUBJECT : Export Processing Zone Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0057 issued in favor of Export Processing Zone Authority, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 7-91, as amended by FIRB Resolution No. 24-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Export Processing Zone Authority in the amount of P70,038,496 . 50 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of materials and equipment needed in the implementation of the Bataan Export Processing Zone II Project pursuant to Loan Agreement PH-P67 under the 12th OECF Loan Program) from October 31, 1991 to December 31, 1991.
