June 8, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 031-90 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks & Sewerage System BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0029 issued in favor of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 16-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amount of P28.06 million only representing taxes and duties on its importations for the first quarter of 1990 arising from its various projects) from April 30, 1990 to August 15, 1990. cdt (SGD.)
