July 6, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 030-95 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (3) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0170 and 0171 previously granted in favor of the National Electrification Administration, pursuant to FIRB Resolution Nos. 2-95 and 3-95 (Renewing the subsidy availment previously granted to the National Electrification Administration in the amount of P465 . 30 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of electrical equipment, materials, specialized vehicles and steel poles; and P18 . 40 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of electrical equipment and materials), from June 30, 1995 to December 15, 1995. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to cancel the unused balance of the tax subsidy previously renewed in favor of the National Electrification Administration, pursuant to FIRB Resolution Nos. 2-95 and 3-95, in the amount of P374,106,066 . 76 only .
