June 8, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 030-90 SUBJECT : National Irrigation Administration BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the National Irrigation Administration in the amount of P27,985,475 . 00 only, representing taxes and duties due on its importations in connection with its projects, namely: (1) Western Barrios Impounding Irrigation Project; and (2) Diversified Crops Irrigation Engineering Center, for the years 1989 and 1990: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1990 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , That the beneficiary-entity shall intensify its efforts and strategies in the collection of current and back accounts on irrigation fees administered by it in accordance with the performance target set therefor by the Government Corporate Monitoring and Coordinating Committee, and submit to the FIRB details of such actions in connection therewith not later than August 31, 1990. aisadc (SGD.)
