April 19, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 030-85 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges enjoyed by the Metro Manila Transit Corporation with respect only to its importation of machineries, equipment, materials and supply services under the terms and conditions of PD 492, as amended, are restored effective June 11, 1984. cdt For purposes of availment of the foregoing privileges, the Corporation is hereby required to furnish the FIRB, on a quarterly basis, details of the extent and manner by which its importations are made available to private transportation operators.
