December 6, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 029-96 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0213 previously granted in favor of the Philippine Heart Center, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 7-96 (Renewing the balance of tax subsidy in the amount of P15 . 72 million only previously granted to it, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of hospital supplies, materials and equipment for the year 1995) from June 30, 1996 to December 15, 1996.
