July 6, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 029-95 SUBJECT : Home Development Mutual Fund (PAG-IBIG) (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Home Development Mutual Fund (PAG-IBIG) in the amount of P471,061,075 . 00 only , representing the income tax due therefrom for the taxable year 1994: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1995 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
