October 13, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 029-94 SUBJECT : Home Development Mutual Fund (PAGIBIG) (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Home Development Mutual Fund (PAGIBIG) in the amount of P338,632,536 . 00 only , representing the income tax due therefrom for the taxable year 1993: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
