March 28, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 029-85 SUBJECT : NDC-NACIDA Raw Materials Corporation BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty-free importation privilege of the NDC-NACIDA Raw Materials Corporation on its importations of critical raw materials under the terms and conditions of LOI No. 803, is restored effective June 11, 1984. Provided , however , That in the case of raw materials for use by NACIDA-registered firms producing for the domestic market, the restoration shall be limited only to raw materials which are used in the following industries: (1) footwear and leather goods, (2) gifts and housewares (ceramics, shellcraft, fibercraft, brasswares, woodcraft and food processing) and (3) furniture. For purposes of availment of the foregoing tax and duty-free importation privilege, the NDC-NACIDA Raw Materials Corporation is hereby required to furnish the FIRB and/or the Bureau of Customs on a periodic basis the particulars of its importations including actual disposition thereof as to utilization by the foregoing NACIDA-registered cottage producers.
