December 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 028-97 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc. BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for tax subsidy of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. in the amount of P6,837,977.00 only, to cover customs duties due on its importation of 15,015 head of live cattle in connection with its joint project with the Land Bank of the Philippines, selected government units and cooperatives accredited with the LBP entitled "The Sustainable Cattle Fattening and Dispersal Program": Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 13 of the 1997 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
