October 13, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 028-94 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P373,351 . 00 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of technical equipment comprised of Sony micro-cassette, camcorder, videocassette recorder, tapes, printer and other printer interface acquired through a donation from the Government of Japan in connection with the GOP-JICA Project Type Technical Assistance: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
