October 7, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 028-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0061, issued in favor of the Philippine Rice Research Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 14-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P2,708,122 . 28 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of equipment and materials under a grant from the Government of Japan) from September 30, 1991 to November 30, 1991.
