March 28, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 028-85 SUBJECT : Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation and its subsidiaries BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges granted to the Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation and its subsidiaries under the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 286, as amended, which were withdrawn by P.D. 1931, remain revoked except that with respect to their importations of machineries, equipment, devices, goods and spare parts, the tax-and duty-exemption privileges are restored effective June 11, 1984.
