August 20, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 027-93 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (3) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration in the amount of P369 . 69 million only, broken down as follows: (1) P165.08 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of electrical equipment and materials for the year 1993; and (2) P204.61 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of bare and finished steel poles in connection with its Steel Poles Project, pursuant to government's rural electrification program: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
