September 20, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 027-91 SUBJECT : PNP Service Stores System (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine National Police Service Stores System in the amount of P28.5 million only, representing taxes and duties due on items purchased and subsequently sold by its outlets to their intended beneficiaries only, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Executive Order No. 76, as amended: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , that the PNPSSS shall take initiatives to make sure that the benefits of its operations are enjoyed actually, exclusively, and in an equitable manner by its intended beneficiaries: Provided, Finally , That the PNPSSS shall devise a monitoring scheme whereby all purchases made by their intended beneficiaries are to be duly noted and a report thereabout made to the FIRB on a quarterly basis, to achieve the foregoing.
