December 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 026-97 SUBJECT : Philippine National Police Service Stores System BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application of the Philippine National Police Service Stores System for the expansion of the coverage of the tax subsidy granted to it pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 20-97 (Denying the application of the PNPSSS in the amount of P5 million representing its income tax liability for the year 1996 and approving its application for subsidy availment in the amount of P46 million, representing taxes on items purchased and subsequently sold by its outlets to their intended beneficiaries only, for the year 1997), to include the VAT due on two-wheeled vehicles, i.e., motorcycles. aSEDHC (SGD.)
