July 6, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 026-95 SUBJECT : Lung Center Of The Philippines (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Lung Center of the Philippines in the amount of P1,595,977 . 00 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of various essential medical equipment and supplies, for the year 1995: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1995 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
