March 28, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 026-85 SUBJECT : Southern Philippines Development Authority and its subsidiaries BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax exemption privileges of the Southern Philippine Development Authority and its subsidiaries, as provided for under PD 690, as amended, and as withdrawn by PD 1931, remain revoked. asiadc (SGD.)
