December 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 025-97 SUBJECT : Philippine National Railways BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0236 previously granted in favor of the Philippine National Railways, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 6-97 (Renewing the balance of tax subsidy in the amount of P30.74 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its various importations of supplies and materials in connection with the Main Line South Revitalization Project (MLSRP) and Improvement and Modernization of Commuter Line South Project (MCLSP)), but only up to the extent of the unused balance thereof in the amount of P5.75 million only, from June 30, 1997 to December 15, 1997.
